Healthy skin should begin with good products and these can either be expensive or cheap, just depending on how your skin reacts to what you’re using. Here are my top favorites that I’ve been using for my face.
*CLINIQUE MILD FACIAL SOAP - Doesn’t leave my skin either dry or oily. Just soft and smooth.
*SHISEIDO SOFTENER LOTION - Not your typical toner wherein it stings or dries out the face. This one is like a moisturizer and toner in one. I use this when my skin feels dehydrated.
**It’s very very important to cleanse face thoroughly before sleeping especially if you had make up on. Soap and water may not be enough. Here are what I use to effectively remove dirt/makeup on my face:
*SHU UEMURA CLEANSING OIL - What’s not to love about this product?? It removes waterproof eye makeup instantly. It doesn’t sting the eyes plus it leaves the skin feeling soft after rinsing with lukewarm water.
*Another very effective make up remover from THE FACE SHOP. Ideal for traveling or for girls on-the-go.
*HUMAN HEART NATURE SUNFLOWER BEAUTY OIL - I use this around my eyes, my hair, some dry areas on my skin, etc. This product is really great! Check its wonderful reviews here: http://humanheartnature.com/buy/index.php/facial-lip-care/sunflower-beauty-oil.html
*SKIN FOOD ALOE SUN BB CREAM - Gives light to medium coverage. This is ideal for everyday use instead of a heavy feeling you get from wearing foundation. It has SPF 20 which is a great plus. I like this product, however, I prefer the other Skin Food’s Red Bean BB Cream since its lighter and more suitable for my skin tone.
*NICHIDO KABUKI BRUSH - This is better than other branded or high quality kabuki brushes out there. It’s super soft on the face. I’ve had this for more than 2 years I think and it’s still like new. No shedding and dries quickly after cleansing (with antibacterial soap and water).
*BAREMINERALS products. Their mineral foundation gives your skin a dewy finish with good coverage. I’m loving how mineral makeup makes the skin feel and look young, fresh, and healthy! :)
*LANCOME BLUSH SUBTIL DUO (SHADE: TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE) - very girly girl kind of pink with shimmer. This is my mom’s and I don’t know how old this is! LOL. But I still use it and has no problem breaking out..yet. :p I’m not sure if this is already discontinued though..

We do lose control at times. Whenever we get upset, disappointed, angry, or having mixed emotions and everything, we tend to lose ourselves. We become like that of Hulk (minus the clothes-tearing and changing to big green creature). The feeling of letting it all out is healthy SOMETIMES because keeping all the negative emotions might make us burst suddenly - at the wrong place and time. However, unlike hulk, we are purely human so we can’t throw and smash people or things whenever we wanted to, though there are times when we really want it to. :D We do things unintentionally out of anger and we just cant help it. And I say it’s in our nature. We just gotta know when to stop and what our boundaries are.
Yes, I’m a hulk. >:)
Celebrating my Aunt Ok’s 60th birthday at Chemas by the Sea and at Hagimit Falls, Samal Island with family and cousins. Such a fun fun fun Summer Saturday! :)
Waiting for the boat to bring us to Chemas *excited!!
Infinity Pooool that still tastes like the sea but I love it here.
At Hagimit Falls. Iiiit’s sosooo c-c-coooldd here..
The first waterfall I tried jumping :)
*By the way, going to Hagimit Falls requires stamina and a good pair of footwear. It was a bit rocky on the way and we climbed down about a hundred looong steps with slippery, muddy, and rocky floor. Just a precaution. :)
